Sensor Light - a movement activated sensor light placed outside the rear entrance to the home can light up any potential hiding places and the surrounding area when triggered by movement, to provide safe access to the home. Sensitivity of the sensors can be set on some lights to prevent triggering from animals such as cats.
Property Exit Sensor – a property exit sensor uses movement sensor technology to monitor if a person exits a building during the day or night. The sensor can be programmed to send an alert to a call centre or the carer, after a pre-programmed length of time, if the person has left the home and not returned or has left the door open. The sensor can be linked to external lighting.
‘Goodnight’ or Remote locking capacity – a switch or button placed near the bed head can be programmed using smart technology to turn off all lights and lock all doors that are electronically linked to the system.
