Automatic Gates can provide added security by reducing the number of unsolicited callers to the front door. Solar power, battery power or mains electricity is used to operate the gates, with entry gained by intercom or video screening of callers. Automated Housing
Sensor Lighting – uses sensor technology to turn lights on and off and adjust the level of lighting. Sensors can also be placed outside to detect movement and will switch the light on automatically.
Watering System – uses a system of pipes and sprinklers which are operated by the smart or automated housing system. The system can be operated remotely by a carer and times for watering can be updated and changed in line with local water restrictions and regulations that may be in force.
